8ª Conferencia internacional sobre revistas científicas (CRECS 2018)
Scope
Conscientes de la importancia de las temáticas que desarrolla CRECS en América Latina, se ha celebrado la 8ª edición en Barranquilla (Colombia). Además no sólo se ha centrado en las revistas en Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, como es habitual, sino que se ha ocupado de las revistas científicas en cualquier disciplina, siendo el tema central la cooperación Iberoamericana en la edición de revistas científicas.

Así, los temas principales que se han abordado han sido:

Experiencias en coedición y en la participación iberoamericana en comités de redacción y sistemas de evaluación anónima

Herramientas compartidas en la difusión de las revistas científicas iberoamericanas: agregadores, bibliotecas digitales

Sistemas nacionales de evaluación y acreditación de la calidad de las publicaciones científicas en la Comunidad Iberoamericana

Colaboración científica iberoamericana: trabajos en coautoría

Nuevas condiciones para la colaboración iberoamericana en el ámbito de la edición electrónica

Posicionamiento de las revistas iberoamericanas en las bases de datos internacionales

Collection of Engineering
Scope
The collection is a repository of the open access articles published in the Engineering journal. Engineering is an international open access, peer reviewed journal with the primary goal to provide a high-level platform where academic achievements of great importance in engineering science and technology can be disseminated and shared. Proceeding from scientific discoveries, the research achievements disseminated by this journal should be convertible through innovation into a new productive force so as to promote the development of world-class industries and engineering projects of important socio-economic significance. The collection is a repository of the open access articles published in the Asian Journal of Surgery journal. Asian Journal of Surgery, launched in 1978, is the official peer-reviewed open access journal of the Asian Surgical Association, the Asia Pacific Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Society, the Taiwan Robotic Surgical Association, the Taiwan Society of Coloproctology, and the Taiwan Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
