A detailed survey of results about this domination chain can be seen in  [6] wherein it has been suggested that extending this chain by means of parameters whose values lie between any two consecutive parameters in the chain is one direction of research. 6. Open problems

This paper introduces a new variation of domination namely isolate domination and just initiates a study on this notion. We list some interesting problems for further research that we encountered during the course of our investigation.
